Photography Services

Photography services are provided according to the terms outlined in your signed agreement, invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation. Session dates and availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and any required payments have been received.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, retainers, and balances due will be specified in your invoice or service agreement. All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs, digital files, and related works created by Howell & Co. Portraits are protected by United States copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Howell & Co. Portraits.

Clients are granted a personal-use license for delivered images unless otherwise specified in writing. Personal-use rights include sharing images with friends and family, posting on social media, and printing for personal display.

Clients may not sell, alter, edit, filter, or use photographs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Howell & Co. Portraits reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, competitions, publications, and other promotional purposes.

All website content, including photographs, logos, text, graphics, and branding materials, is owned by Howell & Co. Portraits and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
